Job summary

A construction project is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee site management, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget. You will coordinate activities with the Construction Manager, lead staff and subcontractors, and maintain strict safety standards on site.

Key duties include reporting progress, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring QA and documentation are completed by deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction or equivalent qualification.
• SMSTS certification is required.
• CSCS Managers and Professional card is mandatory.
• First Aid qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities with the Construction Manager to deliver against time and cost targets.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors to meet client and company objectives.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication and client liaison.
• Prepare progress reports and manage weekly site documentation.
