Logical Personnel Solutions is recruiting a Construction Site Administrator / Document Controller for a major project in Knottingley. The role is an on-site position for a 60-week duration with pay of £18.00 per hour. Parking is available on site.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, comfortable with technology and able to work in a busy project environment, providing essential document control support to the team.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining project documentation.
• Uploading, filing and distributing documents via SharePoint.
• Updating trackers and spreadsheets using Excel.
• Preparing documents using Word.
• Managing project correspondence through Outlook.
• Taking meeting notes and producing accurate minutes.
• Maintaining organised electronic filing and document control systems.
• Supporting the wider project team with administration.
