UKR GROUP is actively seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our construction recruitment division. You will own a portfolio of clients, win new business and open doors with contractors across the construction industry.

The role focuses on targets, relationship-building with decision-makers, and generating recruitment opportunities for our delivery team. Expect hybrid working options and a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with uncapped earning potential

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years' business development or recruitment experience.
• Previous experience within construction recruitment required.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business opportunities across the construction sector.
• Build relationships with contractors, developers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Identify hiring opportunities and secure recruitment agreements.
• Arrange and attend client meetings (in person and virtually).
• Negotiate commercial terms and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Work closely with our recruitment consultants to ensure a smooth handover of vacancies.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to identify further opportunities.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Keep CRM systems updated with client activity and pipeline information.
