ITS (Bristol) Ltd is expanding its Construction Professionals division and seeks an experienced recruitment expert to join our South-based team. You will build relationships with leading construction companies, source and place top-tier candidates, and manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, driving success through proactive business development and candidate placement.

We offer a competitive base salary DOE, an uncapped commission structure, and clear routes into management.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience (construction or related sector preferred).
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a bonus, but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with leading construction companies across the South.
• Source, interview, and place top-tier candidates in permanent white-collar roles (Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Design Managers, etc.).
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle - from business development to candidate placement.
• Work towards clear targets with excellent earning potential.
