Real Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Wimborne to take ownership of the commercial management of projects from handover through to final account. The role focuses on ensuring projects are procured, commercially controlled and reported accurately for a local contractor.

Key duties include producing cost sheets and CVRs, managing subcontractor and supplier accounts, performing contract valuations and commercial recovery, handling variations and final accounts, and delivering
