• Experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Background with main contractors or refurbishment contractors.
• Experience managing multiple projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects of projects valued £200k–£6m.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, cost plans and forecasts.
• Produce CVRs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, quotations and appointments.
• Review contracts and manage contractual notices.
