Linear Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the Construction and Property Division in Sheffield. You will handle permanent recruitment across the North of England, building relationships with clients and sourcing ideal candidates in a full 360 role.

The role emphasizes business development, ambitious targets, and a strong commission structure within an Employee Owned organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in 360 recruitment or B2B sales is essential.
• Ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication and professional presentation required.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with new and existing clients to grow the desk.
• Manage client and candidate databases delivering proactive service.
• Fill vacancies with suitably skilled candidates to client timelines.
• Grow client and candidate base via phone and face-to-face business development.
• Maintain Linear Recruitment's reputation through quality consultative service.
• Meet and report on targets and KPIs in weekly meetings.
