Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through B2B calls, client meetings and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify new opportunities and build your own pipeline of prospective clients.
• Negotiate fees and terms to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, becoming their go-to recruitment partner.
• Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract candidates.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, networking and direct approaches.
• Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement.
• Ensure compliance with Right to Work checks and internal processes.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
