Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in North Wales invites undergraduates to join the Buildings & Construction project team. This 12.5-month internship focuses on leading strategic building projects, feasibility studies, and design development, with hands-on experience in a PM framework.

You will work within the FMRE UK group, collaborating across real estate, aerodrome management, and major construction initiatives, gaining practical industry insight.

Qualifications

• Open to undergraduates only; must be undergraduate for the whole duration.
• Studying toward Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Building Surveying or equivalent.
• Basic project management skills and willingness to learn Airbus tools and processes.
• Excellent IT skills, Google Suite, CAD awareness.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Flexibility and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading key strategic projects from concept to handover with the project team.
• Developing feasibility studies, detailed designs and specifications during lifecycle.
• Setting up Multi-Functional Project Teams and managing scope and budget.
