Job summary

A growing construction consultancy in London is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and take a leading role across a portfolio of commercial and private-sector projects. The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of key client relationships, lead project teams and support growth of the business, managing multiple commissions and contributing to business development.

The successful candidate will have strong PM experience, a degree in a related construction

Qualifications

Strong project management experience within a construction consultancy.
Experience delivering multiple commercial or private-sector projects concurrently.
Proven experience owning senior client relationships.
Strong account management and business development skills.
Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant teams.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of fee management.
MRICS, MAPM, ChPP or another relevant professional qualification, or progress towards chartership.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple commercial and private-sector projects from early stages through to completion, ensuring client satisfaction, programme delivery and risk management.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client meetings and reporting.
Support fee proposals and identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
Contribute to business development and helping to grow the wider Project Management team.
