Job summary

VINCI Building UK is seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering medium to large building projects to budget and programme. The role involves working through Preconstruction before moving to site, with a strong emphasis on H&S and quality.

You will take ownership of project finances, coordinate with the commercial team, complete monthly CVRs and chair client meetings while reporting progress to the Contracts Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering medium to large building projects.
• Ability to manage budgets and programmes.
• Strong H&S ethos and leadership from the front.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear management structure and assign responsibilities.
• Lead design and information management, including BIM understanding and information dissemination.
• Procure materials, plant and sub-contractors to meet targets and ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with HS&E legislation and site Health Safety and Environmental Plans.
• Review project progress and conduct status meetings with sub-teams.
• Manage project plans, monitor progress and liaise with clients and end users.
• Support budgetary control and report progress to Contracts Manager.
