W Talent Property & Real Estate, in partnership with a leading UK multi-site operator, invites applications for a Construction Project Manager. You will own refurbishment, extension and conversion projects across a nationwide estate, managing feasibility, budgets and timelines while coordinating contractors and consultants.

Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will ensure compliance, safety and on-time delivery, with exposure to acquisitions and due diligence as part of growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction, estates, refurbishment or commercial property projects in a client side capacity.
• Strong project management skills, including budget control and contractor management.
• Knowledge of Building Control, CDM regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience within healthcare, retail, leisure or other multi-site environments would be advantageous.
• Excellent commercial awareness and cost management capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Construction Project Manager

W Talent Property & Real Estate are delighted to be partnering with a leading UK multi-site operator in the appointment of a Construction Project Manager to join their expanding Property Development team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional looking to take ownership of a varied portfolio of refurbishment, extension and conversion projects across a nationwide estate. With responsibility for projects typically valued up to £500,000, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic property improvements that support operational growth and business performance.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Estates, you'll be responsible for managing multiple construction projects from feasibility and business case approval through to completion and handover. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within budget.

You'll also provide support on acquisition-related property assessments and due diligence activities, offering excellent exposure to wider growth and development initiatives.
