Job summary

MCS Group | Your Specialist Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major infrastructure team in Belfast. This temporary contract role covers delivery from planning through to completion, with hybrid working arrangements and a focus on safety, cost and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate diverse project teams, manage contracts and collaborate with stakeholders to keep the portfolio on track against milestones.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience delivering projects in construction, civil engineering or infrastructure.
Strong understanding of project delivery, contracts, budgets and scheduling.
Excellent planning and organisational skills with multi-project oversight.
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
Knowledge of project processes and documentation; MS Project/MS Office proficiency.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field is advantageous.
Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from planning through delivery, meeting safety, cost, quality and milestones.
Develop and manage project programmes, schedules and progress tracking.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders.
Oversee contracts, procurement, budgets and change control.
Ensure compliance with governance and reporting requirements.
