Job summary

WH Stephens is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our Belfast office and lead a range of construction projects from inception to completion. You will act as the primary client contact, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring delivery against scope, cost and programme.

In this role you will collaborate with Gardiner & Theobald, develop junior staff, and contribute to business growth while maintaining our high standards of client service in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or Surveying.
• Chartered membership preferred but not essential.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects in consultancy, client-side or contractor environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as Project Manager / Senior Project Manager and primary client contact.
• Lead projects from inception through feasibility, design, procurement, construction to completion.
• Establish and manage project governance structures and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to meet scope, budget and programme.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
