Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in construction-related field
• Experience delivering construction projects in consultancy, client-side or contractor environments
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across design, procurement and construction

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through to handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and maintain project programmes and delivery strategies
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders
• Monitor scope, programme, quality, budget and project performance
• Chair project meetings and prepare client reports
• Support contract administration and statutory approvals
• Contribute to junior team development and client relationships
