Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking an experienced Building & Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of site-based projects in Belfast. You’ll own projects from feasibility through handover in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This client-side role requires strong leadership, excellent HSE standards, and the ability to manage budgets, teams and stakeholders. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-value construction outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in building/construction.
• Understanding of full construction lifecycle and processes.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Ability to translate client briefs into construction scopes.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and motivate staff.
• Experience using MS Project and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-side construction projects from feasibility to handover.
• Develop and manage project delivery plans and CAPEX business cases.
• Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, expenditure, and resource allocation.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date.
• Maintain high health & safety standards across activities.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks; escalate when needed.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
