Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is seeking an experienced Information Management Sector Lead to shape and lead our information, data and digital technology strategy across the business. You will unite leadership, technology and people to deliver value on complex projects.

You will drive the Information Management capability, oversee the CDE, and champion consistent, compliant ways of working while developing high-performing teams and broad stakeholder buy-in across clients and supply chain.

Qualifications

Strong information management experience on complex projects.
Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
Experience with CDEs, EDMS and collaboration platforms.
Experience leading teams and developing people.

Responsibilities

Shape and deliver our Information Management strategy across the business.
Lead and develop our Information Management capability, including recruitment and mentoring.
Oversee our Common Data Environment (CDE) approach and ensure consistency.
Support implementation and improvement of digital platforms (Asite, SharePoint and Teams).
Lead digital improvement initiatives using technology and automation.
Develop training and knowledge-sharing opportunities for teams, clients and supply chain partners.
Build strong relationships and bring people together to continuously improve how we work.
