Job summary

Actalent in Westminster, CO is seeking a Construction Coordinator / Project Engineer to support projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will act as a key liaison between project teams, contractors, and trade partners, helping manage documentation, permits, and invoices while coordinating with Project Managers and Superintendents.

This on-site role offers a 90/10 mix of office to field work, exposure to full construction lifecycle, and opportunities to advance into a Project Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 1+ year of construction management experience.
• Procore experience.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
• Experience working for a General Contractor (GC).
• Familiarity with RFIs, permitting, subcontractor management, bidding, and project closeout activities.

Responsibilities

• Support construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Manage project documentation, tracking, and reporting within Procore.
• Coordinate RFIs, bid packages, permits, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Track subcontractor proposals, vendor documentation, and certificates of insurance.
• Process and monitor project invoices.
• Maintain organized project records and documentation.
• Document and distribute meeting minutes.
• Assist with contractor coordination and communication regarding project deliverables.
• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with project planning and execution.

Job Description

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
