Job description

You’ve Never Been Satisfied with “Good Enough.”

You didn’t get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that’s the job. You’ll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won’t be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You’re here to build what’s next.

As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.

THE WORK:
You’ll lead the development and execution of change management strategies across construction and life sciences projects, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable outcomes.
You’ll assess the people, process, and business impacts of change, partnering with cross-functional teams to support smooth transitions and regulatory compliance.
You’ll collaborate with project leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders to identify risks, barriers to change, and mitigation strategies that drive project success.
You’ll develop and deliver change management artifacts, including communications, training programs, stakeholder engagement plans, and readiness assessments.
You’ll integrate change management activities into overall project plans, construction schedules, and key regulatory or operational milestones.
You’ll build strong relationships with sponsors, business leaders, project managers, change champions, and impacted teams to drive alignment and engagement.
You’ll facilitate change management training and coaching for project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to strengthen organizational change capabilities.
You’ll establish and promote consistent change management methodologies, tools, and governance processes across programs and projects.
You’ll define, track, and report on change adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and business outcomes to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor on change management best practices, influencing stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and supporting successful project delivery across construction, engineering, and life sciences environments

  • Onsite at client site : The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in change management in construction supporting life sciences, pharma, clean room, labs, etc.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions
  • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions with broad business impact
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Experience in construction project environments within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors is highly desirable

$125,000 - $160,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.

We will accept applications until October 30th, 2026.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it’s complex and it matters, it’s on our list.
  • You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
  • AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You’ll use it, and you’ll help shape it.
  • Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
  • Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
  • Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That’s the point.
  • Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR’s 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction’s Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.

ABOUT ACCENTURE CONSTRUCT

  • We plan them, engineer them, deliver them and hand them over — and unlike most of this market, we’re on the hook for whether they land on time. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. One team that owns the whole thing.
