Confidential in Nether Poppleton, York is seeking a detail-focused Document Controller to manage project documentation and maintain accurate version control. You will work with 4 Projects, Aconex, Asite and SharePoint while supporting multiple projects and deadlines.

Hours are Monday to Friday daytime with 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus company pension and free parking. Development opportunities are available for a stable, long-term role.

Formación

• Experience in document control or project administration.
• Proficient with document management systems.
• Experience with 4 Projects, Aconex, Asite or SharePoint.
• Strong MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client document control systems.
• Communicate updates and revisions to relevant teams.
• Maintain version control across project documentation.
• Collate and compile Operation & Maintenance manuals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• File, maintain and retrieve documents efficiently.
• Support multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Liaise with colleagues, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Provide additional office and administrative support when required.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and communication.
