The Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Group is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to join our construction and interior fit-out client base in London. You will support multiple projects across the UK, coordinating stakeholders, managing documentation and ensuring deadlines are met.

Working with Senior Project Managers, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion, developing your skills in cost reporting, supplier liaison and project

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or Assistant Project Manager within construction or fit-out.
• Experience supporting construction projects within retail, hospitality or leisure environments.
• Understanding of the construction project lifecycle from planning to completion.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, documentation and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Support Project Managers throughout full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover.
• Monitor progress, update programmes and deadlines.
• Coordinate site meetings, agendas and minutes.
• Manage project documentation including PO's, programmes and cost reports.
• Assist with cost reporting, financial tracking and final accounts.
• Prepare weekly updates and progress reports for clients.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth delivery.
• Assist with tender lists and contractor documentation.
• Attend site visits and coordinate on-site activities.
• Follow up on outstanding costs and snagging issues.
• Support handover and aftercare processes.
