Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges group is seeking a Programme Manager in Construction to join our Slough and Langley College team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role combines classroom teaching and management, with 18 contact teaching hours per week alongside 7 hours of administrative remission.

It offers a salary on the Programme Managers pay scale from PM1 £41,256.00 up to PM7 £49,315.00 depending on Qualifications and Experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Plumbing qualification required.
• Level 4 teaching qualification preferred.
• Level 2 English and Mathematics qualifications required.
• Assessor or verifier awards are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Teach Plumbing and Carpentry for 18 hours per week and handle 7 hours administrative remission.
• Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
• Lead team performance through staff reviews and drive KPIs.
• Develop curriculum to meet local building sector needs and utilise trade workshops.
• Foster relationships with employers, parents and external stakeholders for placements and opportunities.
