Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Programme Manager in Construction to join our Slough and Langley College team. The role combines classroom teaching and management responsibilities, reporting to the Curriculum Director, with 37 hours weekly and an 18-hour teaching timetable.

The successful candidate will teach Plumbing and Carpentry in equal split, require Level 3 Plumbing qualification, Level 4 teaching qualification, and Level 2 English and Maths.

Formación

• Minimum Level 4 teaching qualification
• Level 3 qualification in Plumbing
• Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics
• Strong background in Further Education curriculum planning
• Proficient digital and administrative skills
• Assessor or Verifier awards and leadership experience advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Teach Plumbing and Carpentry disciplines with an equal split during 18 teaching hours per week
• Lead and manage teaching staff, driving performance reviews and KPI delivery
• Develop and align the curriculum with local building sector needs and utilise dedicated trade workshops
• Foster industry placements, engage employers and external stakeholders, and enhance commercial operations
