Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or recognised trade qualification.
• 10+ years’ experience managing large construction projects as a General Contractor.
• Thorough knowledge of Civil, Structural and Architectural packages.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical installations and interfaces.
• Flexible working patterns and strong leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site works and oversee safety, with KPI delivery and reporting.
• Coordinate pre-planning meetings with Mercury and supply chain partners.
• Maintain positive client relationships and meet contractual obligations.
• Plan site setup, resources, and interfaces to ensure safe, timely delivery.
• Drive quality initiatives and site culture through SOPs and reviews.
