Real PM in London is seeking a Planner to join its planning team. You will develop, review and manage construction programmes across major fit-out, refurbishment and new-build projects, reporting to a Planning Manager.

You will monitor progress, identify risks, liaise with clients and project teams, and contribute to planning systems and procedures. The role offers growth toward Senior Planner and Planning Manager levels.

Qualifications

• Around five years' experience in construction planning.
• Proficient in Asta Powerproject and building programmes from first principles.
• Familiar with JCT and/or NEC contract requirements.
• Able to interpret and communicate complex programme information clearly.
• Confident working independently and building client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Producing, managing and updating construction programmes from feasibility to project completion.
• Reviewing and validating contractor programmes for clients; identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor site progress against baselines; analyze critical path and prepare progress reports.
• Understand construction sequencing, trade interfaces and site logistics.
• Support pre-construction and procurement activities with programme input for tenders.
• Develop logistics strategies and contribute planning information to CMPs.
• Present programme information and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, directors, consultants and contractors to delivery.
• Contribute to RealPM's planning systems, templates and procedures.
• Take ownership of planning deliverables across assigned projects.
