You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, taking ownership of planning deliverables and developing towards more senior planning roles within a specialist project and programme management consultancy.
Real PM, a Turner Company, is a specialist project and programme management consultancy based in London, supporting clients across the construction and infrastructure sectors in the UK and internationally. As part of Turner Construction, Real PM combines the specialist, hands-on approach of a London consultancy with access to the expertise, resources and global reach of one of the world's leading construction organisations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join RealPM's planning team as a Planner, working across major commercial fit-out, refurbishment and new-build projects. Reporting to a Planning Manager, you will play a key role in developing, reviewing and managing construction programmes, supporting projects from early feasibility and pre-construction through to completion.
This is a varied, technically engaging role where you'll work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams to bring programmes to life, monitor progress and help keep projects on track. Ideal for someone with a strong construction planning background who is ready to take on greater ownership, apply their experience from a client-side perspective and develop towards Senior Planner and Planning Manager level.
Your day will include:
Experience working with a main contractor or in a site-based role, such as site or package management, would be beneficial. Experience in commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects, particularly within occupied buildings, would also be advantageous. Familiarity with contractor programme reviews, delay assessment, SMSTS, a relevant construction management degree, or working towards MCIOB or an equivalent professional qualification would be welcome.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Planner who wants to broaden their experience, work closely with clients and take the next step in their career within a specialist project and programme management consultancy.
