Job summary

Real PM, a Turner Company, is seeking a Planner to join its London planning team on major commercial fit-out, refurbishment and new-build projects. You will develop and manage construction programmes, review contractor plans and support pre-construction activities.

You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, taking ownership of planning deliverables and developing towards more senior planning roles within a specialist project and programme management consultancy.

Qualifications

• Around five years' experience in construction planning or a closely related field.
• Proficient in Asta Powerproject, including building programmes and baselining.
• Good knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics and programme interfaces.
• Familiarity with JCT and/or NEC contracts.
• Able to interpret and communicate complex programme information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Produce, manage and update construction programmes from feasibility to completion.
• Review contractor programmes, identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor site progress against baselines and forecast trends.
• Collaborate with project teams on sequencing, interfaces and logistics.
• Support pre-construction activities including tender inputs.
• Contribute planning information to CMPs and assist with planning templates.
