Job summary

Balfour Beatty Ground Engineering is seeking a Planner to join the Sizewell C project team in the UK. You will create and manage project schedules, optimise resources and coordinate planning across design, procurement and construction workstreams.

You will produce clear planning deliverables, identify the critical path and manage baselines and change control, using P6/Asta/MS Project to monitor progress and support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong scheduling and planning capabilities for construction projects.
• Proficiency with planning software (P6 / Asta / MS Project).
• Experience creating compliant, high-quality programmes.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage comprehensive construction project schedules.
• Optimize resource allocation and coordinate planning activities.
• Develop planning deliverables: programmes, philosophies, reports.
• Produce and maintain contract programmes and baselines.
• Identify critical path, communicate findings, and suggest actions.
• Manage change control and track progress with KPIs.
