KONE is hiring a Construction Manager to lead lift installation projects across South Manchester, Liverpool and North Wales. The role focuses on safe, efficient delivery, schedule accuracy and developing installation teams within a hybrid work model.

You will ensure adherence to safety standards, manage resources and costs, and drive customer satisfaction through high-quality installations and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading installation teams and coordinating resources.
• Strong customer and subcontractor relationship management.
• Commercial awareness and cost-control mindset.
• Excellent health and safety knowledge.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Lift industry experience is advantageous but not essential.

Due to continued growth and exciting projects, KONE is looking for a Construction Manager to join our Lift Installation team. This role will cover South Manchester, Liverpool and North Wales. As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of installation projects.
