Job summary

LLC Recruitment is assisting in finding an out of hours Site Manager for a high-end commercial Cat B office fit-out across two floors at Liverpool Street, London. The project value is £5m and work will include nights, weekends and backshifts.

The successful candidate must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and a First Aid qualification, with proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects for a main contractor of similar value.

Qualifications

• Must hold CSCS card, SMSTS, and a First Aid qualification.
• Experience delivering commercial fit-out projects for a main contractor.
• Must have delivered projects of similar value (£5m) and be able to run two floors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades.
• Maintain programme and quality standards.
• Report to the project manager and run the floors.

We are assisting them in their search for an out of hours Site Manager for a high-end commercial Cat B office fit-out across two floors, located in Liverpool Street. The value of the project is £5m.

This is out of hours work which will include nights, weekends and backshifts.

The successful candidate for this role must be able to ensure health and safety compliance, as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards. You will be reporting into the project manager and you will be responsible for running the floors.
