Job summary

Connect Grp UK Ltd is recruiting a Contract Site Manager in Central London to lead interior refurbishment projects from inception to completion. You will oversee on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work meets schedule, budget, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven interior fit-out site management experience, strong safety knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills to liaise with clients, architects and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and clear communication to manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation through site inspections and risk assessments.
• Liaise with clients, architects and stakeholders to verify project specifications.
• Maintain accurate site progress documentation and reporting to the head office.
