Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail are important.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a management role over time.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior construction exposure is beneficial though full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day coordination and delivery of construction projects.
• Gain practical experience across site management, surveying, estimating, and project management.
• Assist with planning, organisation and coordination of construction activities.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal project teams.
• Assist with documentation, reports and progress updates.
