Job summary

Lovell is seeking two motivated individuals for a permanent, full-time Management Trainee programme (40 hours) in the UK. The 18-month development programme includes rotations across Land & Pre-Construction, Technical, Estimating, Buying, Site Operations and Quantity Surveying.

You will study towards a construction-related qualification via weekly day-release at a local college or university, complete a development log, and attend management skills workshops to build people-management

• You will complete assignments and maintain a detailed development log throughout each placement.
• You will participate in management skills workshops to build people-management capabilities.
• You will work effectively with internal and external customers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
