Job summary

Willmott Dixon invites graduates to join a structured 2–5 year programme across Quantity Surveying, Site Management, Preconstruction, Design Management and New Business. You will learn on live projects, rotate across teams, and study with pay-for-education support.

Starting September 2027, successful candidates progress quickly toward Assistant Management roles while benefiting from a buddy system and professional membership support.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK
• 5 GCSEs grade 4/C or above including English, Maths and Science (or equivalent)
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Minimum level 3 qualification by September 2027 (A-Levels, T-Levels, BTEC or equivalent)
• For graduate roles, degree qualified by September 2027
• Desirable exposure to construction (work experience, placement)

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of live projects across disciplines (Quantity Surveying, Site Management, Preconstruction, Design Management, New Business)
• Participate in structured rotations across functions
• Gain practical experience while studying with paid education
• Progress toward management roles through fast-track development
• Work with a buddy from day one
