Job summary
Willmott Dixon's Graduate & Degree Apprenticeship Programme in London & East offers hands-on experience on live construction projects across North London, the Northern Home Counties and East Anglia, with rotations through site management, quantity surveying, design and pre-construction.
Starting in September 2027, the programme blends paid work with part-time study, includes a fast‑track route into management, and delivers real responsibility from day one, with a buddy support and opportunities
Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs grade 4/C or above including English, Maths and Science (or equivalent)
- Degree qualification by Sept 2027 required for graduates
- Minimum Level 3 qualification by Sept 2027 (e.g., A-Level, BTEC)
Responsibilities
- Starting September 2027, opportunities in disciplines across Quantity Surveying, Site Management, Estimating, Planning, Sustainability.
- You will gain hands-on experience on live projects with structured rotations.
- Support delivery of projects and take on real responsibilities from day one.
