Job summary

Rapid Access Ltd, based in Nuneaton, is expanding its sales team across the UK. This on-site role involves speaking to architects and contractors about upcoming projects and passing qualified leads to the sales team.

You will work Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week, at £14.26 per hour, with a bonus scheme after probation. No evenings or weekends; CRM and Glenigan familiarity preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Confidence making outbound calls to businesses.
• Basic IT skills, including updating records on a CRM or database.
• Telemarketing, telesales or customer service experience is useful but not essential.
• Knowledge of the construction industry.
• Experience using Glenigan.

Responsibilities

• Call architects, main contractors and subcontractors using the in-house database and Glenigan.
• Qualify each project: what it is, when it starts, and who makes the decisions.
• Log every call and keep customer records up to date in the CRM.
• Hand qualified leads to the sales team and track how they progress.
• Work with sales and marketing to turn leads into real opportunities.
• Hit your weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
