Yolk Recruitment Ltd in Birmingham is recruiting a Construction Solicitor (0-4 PQE) for a Top 100 law firm. You will work on both contentious and non-contentious matters with exposure to contracts, disputes and advisory work.

Hybrid role with minimum 2 days in Birmingham; attractive salary £50,000-£72,000 plus bonus and benefits, plus a development-focused environment and exposure to diverse projects across sectors.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years' PQE with construction experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
• Handle construction contracts, professional appointments, warranties, bonds and guarantees.
• Advise on dispute avoidance, adjudications, court proceedings, arbitration and ADR.
