Job summary

Workshop Recruitment in Romsey, Hampshire is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to drive new business and manage relationships with customers. The role is office-based, full-time, with a base salary of £26,500–£29,000 and an uncapped commission structure that can push OTE to ~£35,000.

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with no weekend work. You will proactively contact prospects, qualify enquiries, and nurture dormant accounts, while maintaining a robust sales pipeline and CRM

Qualifications

• Previous telesales or internal sales experience.
• Confident telephone manner and strong communication.
• Able to manage CRM and sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective customers to develop new business opportunities
• Qualify incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements
• Build and nurture relationships with existing customers
• Reconnect with dormant and previously lapsed accounts
• Follow up quotations and maintain regular customer contact
• Research and identify new businesses and potential customers
• Generate quality opportunities through warm and cold calling
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline
