Job summary

Aspion, a well-established UK manufacturer and supplier of premium construction products, is recruiting an Internal Sales Executive at its Chester branch. The role focuses on converting enquiries into orders, preparing quotations and building long-term customer relationships across retail, trade and commercial markets.

You will work closely with the Regional Branch Manager and teams to drive quotations, follow up opportunities and contribute to branch targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service, account management or trade-counter environment.
• Experience in B2B sales and CRM or order-processing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable construction-product solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations, estimates and commercial tenders.
• Proactively follow up quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
• Develop relationships with retail, trade, contractor and commercial customers.
• Generate repeat business and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage orders through to completion and keep customers informed.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation and sales activity within the CRM system.
• Contribute towards branch sales targets while supporting daily branch operations.
