IDEX Consulting is launching a brand-new Construction specialty division and seeks experienced Construction Account Directors / Account Executives to build it from the ground up in the UK. You will own a portfolio of Construction clients, mature relationships with contractors, developers and suppliers, and shape the proposition for a high-performing practice.

Qualifications

• Significant Construction broking experience with strong technical skills.
• Strong knowledge of contractors, developers and supply chains.
• Experience managing sophisticated Construction programmes.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a portfolio of Construction clients.
• Build senior relationships across contractors, developers and supply chains.
• Advise on complex Construction insurance programmes and risk requirements.
• Lead renewals, client reviews and strategic programme development.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
• Work with insurers and the wider market to deliver solutions.
• Support contractual reviews and post-allocation risk mitigation.
• Contribute to development of the new Construction proposition.
