Job summary

Jensten is seeking a motivated Client Development Executive (Producer) to join the Construction team in our Specialty Division. You will develop new business, build client relationships and deliver tailored construction insurance and risk management solutions to UK clients and, on occasion, Ireland and mainland Europe.

Working with the Head of Construction & Infrastructure, you will identify growth opportunities, cross-sell, and drive renewal retention while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Insurance background—Commercial and/or Construction essential.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) or working towards.
• Demonstrable history of new business generation and retention.
• Strong Construction networks/contacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and strengthen client relationships in construction insurance.
• Meet or exceed income targets through up selling and cross selling.
• Collaborate with Trading team and Markets to meet client requirements.
• Build collaboration between in-group brokers and Jensten London Market.
• Ensure renewal retention supports divisional targets.
• Comply with FCA and internal procedures.
