Job summary

ReWork Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an Information Manager to ensure drawings, documents and revisions are properly controlled and accessible. You will own the information flow on construction projects, working closely with technical teams, project managers and external consultants to keep work on track and documentation accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing construction documentation.
• Confidence using document control systems (Viewpoint 4 Projects, Aconex, Asite, Dalux, Procore).
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels, from site to boardroom.
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the flow of information and ensure all drawings, documents and revisions are current and accessible.
• Embed with technical teams, PMs and external consultants to keep projects on track.
• Maintain and manage project documentation and revisions, providing calm amidst chaos.
