Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Digital Construction Co-ordinator to join the Construction team with flexible locations and agile working options. The role focuses on enabling digital tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to completion.

You will work with a team of over 30 professionals, ensure adherence to Kier standards, and help drive the adoption of digital construction techniques across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with internal teams and supply chain.
• Solid understanding of ISO 19650 and openBIM standards (IFC, COBie).
• Willingness to adopt new technologies and share ideas.
• Experience with software tools to view and interrogate models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing user support and training for project stakeholders.
• Ensure common data environment is set up per ISO 19650.
• Monitor BIM Execution Plans and report progress/risks.
• Perform model checking and validation to Kier standards.
• Promote digital implementation across departments and drive cultural change.
