Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support health, safety, environmental and quality management across construction projects. You will work with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with legal requirements and the OneISS Way.

You will lead inspections, review RAMS, investigate incidents and deliver safety briefings, helping drive continuous improvement across project activities and mobilisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project-based Health & Safety role within construction.
• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and construction health and safety law.
• Proven ability to lead investigations into incidents and implement actions.
• Experience with risk assessments, RAMS and safe systems of work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and unannounced site inspections and audits.
• Review RAMS, permits and safe systems of work for risk control.
• Identify hazards and implement proportionate controls across projects.
• Lead investigations into accidents and near misses with root cause analysis.
• Prepare statutory reports and track corrective actions to completion.
• Deliver toolbox talks and HSEQ awareness sessions to teams.
• Support mobilisation with HSEQ controls before works commence.
