Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or a related discipline with sound knowledge of H&S legislation.
• A recognised safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert safety guidance and support to project management and site teams.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and behavioural reviews to promote best practices.
• Investigate incidents and high-potential hazards, recommending corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing construction phase plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
