Job summary

Bradford College is seeking a relationship-focused Employer Partnership Officer to develop strategic partnerships with construction employers across West Yorkshire. The role aims to create high-quality industry placement opportunities for learners and to support progression into apprenticeships, jobs, and further training.

Qualifications

Experience in establishing and nurturing links with employers and external partners.
Excellent communication and networking skills to engage industry stakeholders.
Knowledge of employability, apprenticeships and progression pathways.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage construction employers across West Yorkshire and develop partnerships.
Generate work placement opportunities for learners in construction programmes.
Represent Bradford College at employer forums, events and sector meetings.
Coordinate employer onboarding and track placement activity and outcomes.
Match learners to employment opportunities and support progression planning.
