S Knights Recruitment is seeking an Employer Engagement Officer to develop employer partnerships across West Yorkshire, including Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Kirklees and Calderdale.

You will identify recruitment needs, create employment opportunities and connect local businesses with candidates seeking work, while working with internal teams to generate vacancies and deliver measurable results.

Qualificações

• Experience in employer engagement, business development or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to build and manage multiple relationships.
• Track record of delivering measurable results against targets.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage relationships with employers across Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Kirklees and Calderdale.
• Identify business needs, recruitment challenges and opportunities for collaboration.
• Generate vacancies and develop employment opportunities for jobseekers.
• Proactively engage new employers to expand the organisation's network.
• Develop understanding of local labour market trends and employer requirements.
• Work with internal teams to match candidates to vacancies.
• Maintain accurate employer records and engagement activity.
• Contribute to employer engagement targets and wider outcomes.
