Zusammenfassung

VINCI Building is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller for a Heathrow-based project. You will manage the project CDE, control document numbering, and provide training and ongoing support to project stakeholders.

You will ensure designed documentation is up to date, validate metadata, manage permissions, and support the commercial team with tenders and information requests. This is a site-based role requiring daily commuting to Heathrow.

Qualifikationen

• Comprehension of industry standard naming conventions.
• Competent experience with Viewpoint for Project and Microsoft tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience on projects with large volumes of data from various sources.

Aufgaben

• Provide site security control and all site-based administrative support.
• Manage and maintain published design documentation per VCUK processes.
• Implement project CDE, file structure, and security/workflows.
• Validate metadata and assign VCUK asset data.
• Assist with the Commercial Team to chase tenders and other information.
• Organise meetings and provide training to CDE users.
