Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our London team on major construction projects. You will manage project documentation, drawing registers and revision control, ensuring accurate records and timely distribution of drawings, specs and technical information.

You will liaise with project managers, design teams and subcontractors, monitor RFIs and approvals, and assist with O&M manuals and handover packs, while maintaining compliance with our document control

Qualifications

• Previous Document Controller experience within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, document registers and revision control.
• Experience with systems such as Viewpoint, Asite, Aconex or Autodesk Construction Cloud is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation, drawing registers and revision control.
• Coordinate the issue, receipt and distribution of drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Monitor RFIs, technical submissions, approvals and outstanding documentation.
• Maintain accurate records using document management systems and Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Liaise with project managers, design teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure information is issued efficiently.
• Assist with O&M manuals, handover packs and project close-out documentation.
• Ensure compliance with document control procedures and company standards.
