Trowers & Hamlins seeks an Associate in Projects & Construction Disputes in Manchester. You will join a team of specialists handling major development, regeneration, and infrastructure projects, providing expert advice on complex construction matters and disputes.

You will work closely with developers, contractors, and public bodies, developing skills in adjudication, mediation, and litigation strategy while contributing to client relationships and business development.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 2 years' experience in contentious construction.
• Strong technical skills in construction disputes and contracts.
• Excellent academic record and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients including regional and national contractors and developers on complex construction projects.
• Advise on dispute resolution, including adjudication, mediation, and litigation where appropriate.
• Advise on dispute avoidance, risk management and contractual interpretation.
• Involve in international matters when applicable.
• Build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and team life.
